Introduction

Welcome to the STORDIS Support Portal guide!

When network hardware fails, every minute of downtime can cost your business time and money. That is why STORDIS offers premium support options to get your infrastructure back up and running fast. This guide explains exactly what the Advanced Exchange service is and how the equipment replacement process works.

What is Advanced Exchange and how does it work?

Advanced Exchange is a premium hardware replacement service designed to keep your network running with almost zero interruption. Unlike standard warranty repairs where you must ship the broken unit first, Advanced Exchange reverses the process to save you time.

The replacement procedure is quick and follows a few clear steps:

STEP 1: Fault Confirmation
First, contact our Tech Support Team to diagnose the problem. If our engineers confirm a hardware defect before 12:00 CE(S)T on a business day, the replacement unit ships out that very same day!

STEP 2: We Ship the Unit First
STORDIS will immediately send a replacement device directly to your location. You do not need to send anything to us yet. Inside the box with the new device, you will find a pre-paid return shipping label, as STORDIS covers all return shipping costs.

STEP 3: Test and Confirm
Once the replacement unit arrives at your site, you can unpack it, install it, and configure it. You have full time to verify that the new equipment is working perfectly in your network environment.

STEP 4: Return the Faulty Device
After received the new equipment, you have 15 days to send the faulty device back to us. Simply pack the defective unit, attach the provided return label, and ship it back to STORDIS.

Key Advantages of Advanced Exchange

[1] Minimal Downtime [2] Same-Day Dispatch [3] Safety Buffer

Your business operations never have to wait days for a repair factory to finish. The gap in your infrastructure is filled as quickly as transit allows.

Remember!

To secure same-day shipping, make sure to submit your technical ticket early in the morning. Providing complete system logs and serial numbers right away helps our engineers confirm the fault before the 12:00 CE(S)T deadline.
