Introduction
Welcome to the STORDIS Support Portal guide!
When managing a hardware replacement or repair, staying informed about the progress of your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is key to planning your network maintenance. STORDIS ensures complete transparency throughout the entire process. This guide explains how you can track the status of your RMA and communicate efficiently with our support team.
How can I track the status of my RMA?
We keep the tracking process simple and centralized. Every RMA case is handled directly within your RMA support ticket by our support team, eliminating the need to search through external portals or multiple systems.
Here is how tracking and communication work for your RMA:
STEP 1: Direct Updates from Our Team
Our support engineers personally keep you informed at every stage of the process. Whenever there is an update regarding your RMA (such as dispatch, tracking details, or return receipt), our team will post a status update directly in your support ticket.
STEP 2: Email Notifications
Whenever our engineers update your support ticket with new RMA status information, you will receive an email notification so you never miss an update.
STEP 3: Ask Questions in the Ticket
If you have any questions regarding your RMA progress, shipping details, or logistics, please communicate directly within your support ticket. Replying to the ticket ensures that the dedicated support engineer handling your case receives your request immediately.
Key Status Updates You Will Receive
For Standard Warranty: Our team updates the ticket as soon as your faulty unit arrives at our facility and enters diagnostics.
For Advanced Exchange: Once the defect is confirmed, we update the ticket immediately when the replacement device is prepared in our warehouse.
As soon as a package is dispatched (the repaired/replacement unit sent to you, or status updates on your returned item), our team will provide the courier tracking details directly in your ticket thread.
Once the replacement/repaired hardware is delivered and all returned units (for Advanced Exchange) are received and verified, our team will post a final update confirming the official closure of the RMA.
Important Note!
To avoid delays in processing your inquiry, please always use your existing support ticket for any questions regarding your active RMA. Avoid opening new support tickets for the same issue, as this ensures our team has all context in one place.
Procedure completion
Keeping all updates and inquiries within a single ticket thread ensures that our support engineers and logistics teams have full visibility of your case history. This allows us to respond quickly to your questions and keep your network infrastructure protected.
Stay Informed!
Personalized ticket updates from our team ensure you always have full visibility over your hardware replacement or repair from dispatch to final resolution.
