I can't upload attachments to my ticket. How do I resolve this?

If you're having trouble uploading files to your support ticket on the STORDIS Support Portal, you're not alone. There are several common reasons this might happen—and fortunately, just as many simple solutions.

Here’s how to troubleshoot and resolve attachment upload issues.

Check the File Size and Type:

STEP 1: check size of the file

Maximum file size: 50 MB in message.

STEP 2: Try a Different Browser
Sometimes your browser may block file uploads due to outdated settings or extensions.

Step 3: Disable Browser Extensions
Ad blockers, script blockers, or certain privacy extensions can prevent file uploads.

Try temporarily disabling extensions

Alternatively, use Incognito Mode or Private Browsing, which runs without most extensions by default

Step 4: Check Network or Firewall Restrictions
If you’re on a corporate or restricted network, your firewall or proxy settings might block uploads.

Switch to a different network (e.g., mobile hotspot)

Contact your IT department if you're on a work device or network
