How do I clear my cached portal data

You can easily clear cache from Your web browser - let us guide how to do it.


STEP 1: Open Our support portal in Your browser.

STEP 2:  Still experiencing issues? Let’s clear your cache!

Click the three vertical dots in the top-right corner of your Chrome browser.


STEP 3: From the dropdown menu, select “Settings.”


STEP 4: In the left-hand menu, click on “Privacy and security”


STEP 5: Choose "Delete browsing data".


STEP 6: n the popup window, select “Cached images and files”.

Then click “Delete data.”


Step 7: Reopen the STORDIS Support Portal and check if it’s working properly.
