Introduction

Welcome to the STORDIS Support Portal guide!

You’ve already submitted a support ticket and You need to provide additional information? such as updates, clarifications, or attachments — the Stordis Support Portal makes it easy. This guide will walk you through the steps to update your ticket.

I requested ticket and need to send additional information

You can easily add additional info about Your case.

STEP 1: Go to "My Tickets" in the Stordis Support Portal

Log in to the portal and navigate to the "My Tickets" section.

STEP 2: Choose Your ticket

Select the ticket for which you want to provide more information.

STEP 3: Provide additional information to Your ticket.

You can now add more details to your ticket — for example, attach a file and explain your issue further.

Remember!

Add additional context to ticket You want to share so our Support will better understand Your issue.

STEP 4:  Submit the reply.

Once you’ve added the necessary details, submit your message to send it to our Support team.
