Welcome to the STORDIS Support Portal guide!
Keeping track of your organization's past support cases can help you monitor issue trends, follow up on unresolved matters, and share knowledge internally. In the STORDIS Support Portal, you can easily view the full history of all support tickets submitted by members of your organization. This article will guide you through where to find that information and how to access it.
History of Your support history
STEP 1: Open Our support portal.
You can find the link to the portal HERE.
STEP 2: Go to "My Tickets" in the STORDIS Support Portal
In to the portal and navigate to the "My Tickets" section.
Step 3: In My Tickets segment You can find list of Your ticket's status
You can find here all current and old tickets that are connected with Your account and organisation.
