You can find support contract details in certificate You get from Our sales team. information should be in ticket in our support portal.
STEP 1: Open Our support portal.
You can find the link to the portal HERE.
STEP 2: Go to "My Tickets" in the STORDIS Support Portal
Log in to the portal and navigate to the "My Tickets" section.
STEP 3: Find solved ticket in Your ticket history with granted access in this same place You should find file with Your certificate.
Contact via ticket:
Step 1: Ask for Your certificate in ticket.
Once you've contacted our Support Team, they will assist you with updating your contact information.
Don't worry — you will receive notifications throughout the process.
