How can I create an account for the first time.
STEP 1: Open Our support portal.
You can find the link to the portal HERE.
STEP 2: Click the "SIGN IN" button.
You’ll find it in the top right corner of our webpage.
STEP 3: Choose the "Sign up" option.
Select this to begin creating a new account.
STEP 4: Enter your full name and business email address.
Please ensure you use a valid business email.
STEP 5: Activate your account via email
After signing up, you’ll receive an email to create your password. Click the link in the email to set a secure password for your account.
STEP 6: Â Set your password
Enter your desired password to secure your new STORDIS account.
How can I create an account if I have already contacted support via email?
If You contacted us before via email or support portal without creating an account please follow steps below:
STEP 1: Open Our support portal.
You can find the link to the portal HERE.
STEP 2: Click the "SIGN IN" button.
You’ll find it in the top right corner of our webpage.
STEP 3: Choose the "Get a password" option.
Select this to begin creating a new account after You contacted us before.
STEP 4: Provide email
After that You will get email with reset password link.
STEP 5: choose "Set a new password".
To create new password
STEP 6: Â Set your password
Enter your desired password to secure your new STORDIS account.
