Welcome to the STORDIS Support Portal guide!
Need to download a Network Operating System (NOS) image for your specific platform? This guide will walk you through the steps to find and download the correct software version directly from our Support Portal.
How do I download NOS images?

Please note that the list of operating systems available to you on STORDIS support portal may differ from the one shown in the screenshots. The availability depends on your purchased licenses and support tiers.
STEP 1: Open Our support portal.
You can find the link to the portal HERE.
STEP 2: Click the "Firmware & Software" button
From the main page, click the "Firmware & Software" button located in the center of the page
STEP 3: Select Your Product and NOS Version
Browse the list of supported platforms and choose the NOS version compatible with your device.
STEP 4: Download the Image File
Once you’ve selected the correct product and version: Click on the relevant article.
Locate the download link and click to start the download.
Congratulations
You're all set!
You will now receive email notifications whenever new software updates
are
released in the sections you follow.
