How STORDIS customer can raise a ticket?

 

You will find below two methods to get support from our Technical Support Team.

Note:
The Support Portal is the preferred method of contacting us, and email at support@stordis.com is a secondary method of contact.

 

First method:

You can fill out a support request form in STORDIS Support portal.

  1. Please login to the STORDIS Support portal.
  2. If you don't know the address of our support portal then you can easily find it on STORDIS webpage in main menu.

If you don’t have an account then go to the below section "How to register your account on STORDIS Support Portal?"

 

If you already have account then just type your email address, password and click "Sign in" button.

After login you will see the STORDIS Support Portal.

Click on the “Submit a technical ticket” to go to the application form.

Please fill the form according to the requested information and then click "Submit" button.

After the several minutes you will get the messages on your email that the ticket has created and STORDIS technicians will speak with you soon to find the best solution for reported issue.

 

Note:

If you do not know the product or serial number at the time of reporting, you can enter "Unknown" in the field - but STORDIS technicians will need this information later to resolve the problem.

 

Second method:

You can send an email directly to the support@stordis.com.


What information you should provide to Technical Support Team?

- product number and serial number 

- when the issue has occurred ?

- description of issue

- attachment like log messages, photos which will help us understand the problem

 

Note:

If you do not know the product or serial number at the time of reporting, you can enter "Unknown" in the field - but STORDIS technicians will need this information later to resolve the problem.

How to register your account on STORDIS Support Portal?

STEP 1 To create a new account, go to “Sign up”

STEP 2 On the new page, enter the required information

STEP 3 You will see information like this. You have to check your email box.

STEP 4 You will receive a new email from STORDIS Support, if you can't see it on Inbox, check your Spam box.

Please click on the link in the message which redirect you to page where you can create a password for your account.
